  • Scorers and Timekeepers are to be over 18.
  • Please refrain from rostering Scorers and Timekeepers that are directly involved with teams playing the finals games.  This would allow the parent/spectator normally performing these duties during the season, to focus on watching their child playing.
  • Please ensure that your Scorers and Timekeepers are your most experienced and aware of all the requirements; as penalties may occur which could lead to a disqualification.  Refer to “Scorer and Timekeeper” information in the “JNA Game Management Handbook for Competition”.
  • Finals games will not be centrally timed, so Clubs will need to provide their Timekeepers with an official timing device.

  • The list of players for each team will be correct on the scoresheet, according to the club’s team registration form.
  • No use of SGF or SGV permitted during finals.
  • No fill in’s permitted without a permit being pre-approved.  Refer to “Eligibility to play for finals – JNA Game Management Handbook for Competition”.
  • NO additions, deletions, changes will be permitted on game day.  If this occurs then the offending team will be disqualified.
  • If an ineligible player is played, it will also mean an instant disqualification.
  • All quarter by quarter positions, centre passes, end of each quarter scores indicated, printed names, signatures, etc, must be completed correctly and in full.
  • Please ensure all scoresheets are returned to the Match Office immediately after each game.

Spectators:

  • Managers, please ensure that the parents and spectators for your teams are watching from the correct designated areas.
  • Please also remind spectators (especially those that have not watched games during the season), that they are to support their teams in a positive manner and to cheer them on, but leave the coaching to the coaches.

Photography:

  • No photography permitted unless you have checked in with the Match Office prior to each game and received a lanyard once photo approval has been given.  Please explain this to all parents and spectators to avoid any confusion on the day, as there may be some spectators that have not been at any games during the season, and are unaware of the regulations.
  • No Flash photography permitted.
